Peppered Fish Steaks

Peppered Fish Steaks

Peppered Fish and Dodo is a favorite over here. Tilapia, Snapper or Red Bream are some of the ones i like to use, that and fried ripe plantain will always remain dear to my foodie heart.

This one is for all the lovers of fish like me, its one of the best ways to just snack on fish or to serve with that hot bowl of Concoction Rice or Yam Porridge.ย When i want something light, its easily one of the things i prepare and it doesn’t take any time at all.

If you also have some Fried Fish in the fridge you are looking to flip and enjoy in a different way, this one is for you. So, who’s making this soon?
